30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return request window, meaning you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and supplier authorization.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In the same condition as received
- In original manufacturer packaging
- With all accessories, manuals, cables, and components included
- Free from physical damage, wear, or modification
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items not meeting these standards may be denied or subject to additional fees.
Return Authorization Required (RMA)
Do not ship items back without approval.
To start a return, contact:

Include:
- Order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
If approved, you will receive:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- The correct return address
- Return instructions
Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Location
DB AV Supplies does not operate a public warehouse.
Approved returns may be required to ship directly to the manufacturer or authorized supplier return facility. The return address provided in your RMA instructions must be used.
Returns sent to unauthorized locations may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15%–30% restocking fee, depending on product type and supplier policy.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:
- Defective
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrectly shipped
We strongly recommend insured, trackable shipping. DB AV Supplies is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Provide photos of:
- Packaging
- Shipping label
- Product damage or issue
We will work with the supplier or manufacturer to provide a replacement, repair, or warranty service.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Special-order or custom products
- Made-to-order or configured equipment
- Installed or used equipment
- Opened software or digital licenses
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items missing original packaging or components
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, return the original item (if approved) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders fall under the return process.
Special-order items cannot be canceled once processing begins.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return eligible items within 14 days, provided items remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval status
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Restocking fees and non-refundable charges will be deducted
Banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post funds.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many products are covered under manufacturer warranties. Some warranty claims may be handled directly through the manufacturer. We will assist in directing you to the appropriate support channel when applicable.
Fraud Prevention
DB AV Supplies reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns showing signs of use or damage
- Deny claims without proper documentation
- Request additional verification
